Are all rewards available in all states?

Some rewards are not available in all states.

Do rewards expire?

Yes, but expiration dates vary for each reward. Please check the terms and conditions of each specific reward on the Reward Yourself page to understand when it expires.

Once you redeem a reward, the expiration date will also display on your Reward History page.

What types of rewards are there?

A variety of rewards are available and can be refreshed at any time. Some of the rewards available are: gift cards, family event tickets, tickets for sporting, comedy or concert events, hotel stays, glamping trips, resort getaways, plus much more. Rewards are subject to change. Please see specific reward terms and conditions, available on each Reward Yourself page, for complete information.

Are the rewards taxable?

Yes, the value of the reward will be taxable to each member as income. Each member who receives a reward, wins a sweepstakes or combination of rewards and sweepstakes, exceeding a value of $599.00 in any given tax year will be required to provide American Family Insurance a completed W-9 form for tax purposes. An IRS form 1099 will then be issued in the name of that member by January 31st of the year following the year the member received rewards and/or wins a sweepstakes exceeding $599.00 Upon entry into the program, the member is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. How often will I see new rewards in the program?

Rewards will change periodically. New ones will be added and others may be removed.

How do I redeem a reward?

Once you’ve earned enough points to redeem a reward, select the reward from either the homepage or Reward Catalog page, and you’ll be able to view more details of the reward, including FAQs. Scroll down the page and hit the “SELECT THIS REWARD” button to continue. You will then be directed to read and agree to the terms and conditions of the reward. Once you accept the terms and conditions, you will be able to click the “REDEEM” button. From there, you confirm your reward selection and email address is correct by clicking “Yes.”  Lastly, points will be deducted from your account, and a reward confirmation page will appear. Your reward details will also be automatically emailed to you and can be viewed on your Reward History page under the Rewards tab.

 

Can I select some rewards as my favorites?

Yes! All you need to do is click the heart icon that lives on each reward in the Reward Catalog page or homepage. These rewards will go to the top of your Reward Catalog.

I am under 18 years old. Can I still get a reward?

Sorry, but you must be a member of the program and 18 years of age or older to redeem a reward.
