How do I enroll in the program and become a member?

If you haven’t already, you must sign up for My Account with American Family. Setting up My Account is required for both American Family Insurance customers and non-customers.

This will give you a secure, convenient place to quickly access your rewards program and policy information, if applicable. Once you are logged into My Account, you must review and accept the DreamKeep Rewards Terms & Conditions to join.

Do I have to create an account in My Account?

Yes, before enrolling in DreamKeep Rewards, you must create a My Account user ID and password. Then, you will automatically be taken to the page to enroll in DreamKeep Rewards.

I have an issue logging into my DreamKeep Rewards account. What do I do?
